Man Charged in Death of Pregnant Girlfriend

A Lewiston man charged with running down and killing his pregnant girlfriend is back in court.

The man accused of opening fire at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs lived a troubled, isolated life in the mountains of South Carolina and Colorado, but acquaintances said he never hinted that he would target the organization.

A Brunswick church has complied with a request by Bowdoin College to stop renting space to an independent support group for sex offenders following an alleged rape and an attempted assault near the school's campus.

A single car crash Sunday morning leaves one dead and one injured.
