Benefit supper for student Patrick Parham. Dinner will be served from 500 to 630 pm. Performances by Wisdom S.L.A.M. students from 630 until 9pm. Tickets are $10 in advance, and $15 at the door. All proceeds go to benefit Patrick in battle against cancer.
The dinner is benefiting the Palmer family, who have two family members battling cancer, 4 year old Chloe, and her grandfather Greg Palmer Sr. Dinner will include various soups, rolls, salads and desserts. There will also be a silent auction. All proceeds will go to the family.

Larry Beaupre has been diagnosed with stage 3 Non Small Cell Squamous Lung and Colon Cancer. Larry will be at Midwestern Regional Medical Center located in Zion,Illinois which is one of five Cancer Treatment Centers of America for 45 days to receive treatment solely for the lungs. After the lung cancer is treated, Larry will get to come home for a brief time before having to go back to Illinois for treatment of his colon cancer
Sync It Up, Caribou! is a new Domestic Violence Awareness Month event hosted by Hope & Justice Project. This event is a friendly lip sync and dance showcase. Community members of any age are encouraged to perform and can sign-up with their song choice at www.hopeandjusticeproject.org. The evening will also include special performances and tributes to the individuals and families who have been killed as a result of domestic violence. Suggested donation of $5 at the door.
