Sync It Up, Caribou! is a new Domestic Violence Awareness Month event hosted by Hope & Justice Project. This event is a friendly lip sync and dance showcase. Community members of any age are encouraged to perform and can sign-up with their song choice at www.hopeandjusticeproject.org. The evening will also include special performances and tributes to the individuals and families who have been killed as a result of domestic violence. Suggested donation of $5 at the door.

The Aroostook Paranormal Investigation Society and Limestone Recreation Dept. are teaming up to bring the 1st Annual Monster Dance Contest on October 9,2015 and we are seeking 5person teams to compete in the following age categories: Child(5-8 years) Youth(9- 12 years) Teen Male, Female, Mixed group (13-17 years) and Adult (ages 18 +). Music selections will be provided at the audition along with the registration and judging criteria.

Teen Halloween Costume Party for ages 17 and under! Open to teens from any town. Tickets are $5 each. Our local merchants have helped sponsor this event and our goal is to give our teens a safe place to go and have a good time this Halloween. There will be a DJ with laser lights and smoke machines. Free soft drinks and refreshments, photo booth, selfie stick props, and Cash prizes over $50 for best costume categories. All money from ticket sales will go directly to dance costs and the next teen event! We are still looking for sponsors and adult chaperons.
