Another Heroin Arrest in Southern Maine

Sabattus, ME – Two Sabattus residents were arrested yesterday and charged with trafficking Heroin.

33 year old Theodore Lague and 32 year old Tabitha Tardiff were both arrested and charged on October 8th. Lague was charged with one count of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs - Heroin. Tardiff was charged with one count of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs - Heroin.

According to MDEA they have been investigating the sale of heroin from multiple residences in Sabattus over the past several months. Agents from the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency, assisted by officers Sabattus PD, Lisbon PD and the Lewiston Police Department, executed a search warrant on a residence located at 54 W. Ridge Road in Sabattus. Agents located 42 grams of heroin with a street value of $8500, at the residence. They also located items consistent with the trafficking of illegal drugs, including scales and packing material used in distribution of Heroin.

Both Lague and Tardiff, were residents at the address, and were placed under arrest. They were transported to the Androscoggin Jail. The investigation is ongoing with additional arrests expected.
