Arrests Made in Burglary/Theft of Buck's Market in Presque Isle

PRESQUE ISLE, Maine. (WAGM) --On February 27, 2017, the Presque Isle Police Department initiated an investigation into the burglary and theft from Buck’s Market. Detective Kris Beck, with the assistance of officers from the PIPD developed probable cause to charge three people, two juveniles and one adult, 18-year-old Cooper Madore, on March 16th. All defendants face charges of Burglary (class C felony), Theft by Unauthorized Taking (class C felony), Criminal Mischief (class D misdemeanor), and Criminal Trespass (class E misdemeanor). One of the juveniles currently has a court date set for May 4, 2017. The others have not yet been assigned a court date at this time.
