Former Hodgdon man sentenced 40 months for possessing child pornography

BANGOR, Maine - United States Attorney Halsey Frank say 38 year old Anthonio Dicentes, formerly of Hodgdon and recently of Madison, Florida, was sentenced today to 40 months in prison and five years of supervised release for possessing child pornography.

According to court records, between about June 2009 and September 2015, Dicentes possessed image files depicting child pornography that he purposefully and repeatedly downloaded from the internet, including at least one of which depicted a child under the age of 12.

The investigation was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigations, the Maine State Police Computer Crimes Unit and the Aroostook County Sheriff's Office.
