- Austin Bixler is a certified personal trainer and showed us how to use a deck of cards to get a great workout. You just need a normal deck of cards. You can go through the full deck or as many as you can. The numbers on the cards are the reps so if it's a one or if it's a two that's how many reps you need to do. Face cards are tens and aces can be ones, tens or twenties. Rest breaks are during the time it takes to deal a new round of five cards or you can take a full minutes depending on if you want cardio or more muscle building. To get started you deal five cards and add them up and do the first set. Keep repeating until you have gone through the deck.
