No injuries in Dyer Brook crash

On Tuesday, December 19th at around 1:30 in the afternoon, Deputy Sheriff Alishia Ledger was on patrol on Route 2 in Dyer Brook when she came upon a single vehicle crash. Deputy Ledger determined that Roland Kennedy (68) of Oakfield was northbound on Route 2, in his black 2006 Suzuki SUV, when he lost control of the vehicle due to ice and snow on the roadway. Kennedy’s vehicle left the roadway, wet into the ditch, rolled over and came to rest on the driver’s side of the vehicle. Kennedy was wearing his seat belt and was not injured in the crash. The vehicle was towed from the scene due to disabling damage.
