Ingredients for crust and crumble topping:
- 2 sticks of butter, melted
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 1/2 cups of oats
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
Ingredients for blueberry layer:
- 4 cups of blueberries, preferably frozen
- 2/3 cup of brown sugar
- 4 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp corn starch
Add melted butter to the flour, oats and brown sugar. Mix well. Transfer 2/3 of the mixture into a prepared 9 x 13 in pan and press mixture down firmly to create a smooth, flat crust.
Add all ingredients together for the blueberry layer. Toss to combine. Evenly distribute the mixture on the crust. Evenly distribute remaining crumble.
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Allow to cool completely before cutting and serving.
