Taste of the County: Crunchy Baked Haddock

Fish is a great, healthy dinner idea. Tonight Cary Medical Center and Taste of the County Chef Rick Bossie shows us how to make that fish just a little bit tastier!

Directions:
Crunch up some cornflakes. Once you have that done, add a little bit of salt, some onion powder, a little paprika and some black pepper. Get all of that mixed together.

Take your piece of haddock, roll it in olive oil and butter. The cornflakes stick to the butter. Once that's done, all you have to do is pop it in the oven.

Cook it in a 350 oven for around 30 minutes. The fish used in the video was frozen to begin with, so cooking times will vary depending on the thickness of the fish and if it's frozen or fresh.
