3 sticks of butter
3/4 cup of brown sugar
2 tsp of vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups of rolled oats
1 cup of peanut butter
2 cups of chocolate
Grease pan and line it with parchment paper.
With the saucepan on low heat, stir the butter and sugar. Once the sugar has dissolved, add some vanilla and oats. Continue cooking for 3-4 minutes. Make sure to stir the mix constantly.
Remove the mix from the heat and let it cool. Transfer 2/3 of the mixture onto the pan and then press it down.
For the second layer, melt the chocolate and peanut butter over low heat. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth. Pour over the base and smooth with a spatula.
Lastly, crumble the remaining oats over the chocolate layer and press gently.
Refrigerate for a few hours before eating.
