Taste of the County: Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Strawberry Rhubarb Pie:

1 Egg
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla
3 Cups Rhubarb
4 Cups Strawberries

Topping:
3/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Cold Butter
1 Tsp Cinnamon

Beat egg. Add sugar, flour and vanilla. Gently stir in rhubarb and strawberries.
For topping, combine all ingredients until crumbly. Bake 400 degrees for 10 minutes and then bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Until golden brown and filling is bubbling.
