Taste of the County: Tortellini Soup

Tortellini Soup:
2 pounds Italian Sausage Cooked (Hot or Sweet)
2 Cups Diced Onion
2 Cups Diced Green Pepper
4 Cups Diced Cabbage
2 14 OZ Cans of Diced Tomatoes
1 Pound Fresh Tortellini
2 TBLS Chopped Garlic
1 1/2 TBLS Diced Basil
1 Gal Water
4 Beef Bouillon Cubes
4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1 TSP Black Pepper

Place all ingredients in a large pot, except for tortellini. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until cabbage is tender. Add tortellini and cook until tortellini is done. Serve with garlic bread.
