After Loring Air Force Base closed, the town of Limestone created a committee to help rebuild the community. About two years ago, the Limestone Community Vision Association voted to hire a consultant to conduct surveys and research possible projects and as Kelly O'Mara explains, a four step vision has been approved and the first step is already underway.
