In an effort to make the Caribou boat launch more suitable for its users, the Caribou Parks & Rec is working with the Maine Department of Conservation to give the site an upgrade. Tyler Pyburn spoke with Caribou Parks & Rec Director Kathy Mazzuchelli about the project.
