Return, Refund & Deliveries Policy

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct typographical errors.
  • Buyer is responsible for any applicable sales tax.
  • Orders will be processed within 7 days.
  • Certificates may be redeemed up to one year after issue date.
  • We must receive checks or money orders for DollarStretcher merchandise within a week of your order, or your certificate will no longer be held for you.

Returns: All product guarantees and warranties are the responsibility of the business whose certificate you purchased. WAGM-TV DollarStretcher will refund your purchase if within 15 days of the date on the top of the certificate if you decide you no longer want the product and return the certificate to us. To receive your refund, send the certificate(s) back to: WAGMTV, DollarStrether, 12 Brewer Road , Presque Isle, Me 04769. We recommend you use "Return Receipt Requested"; We cannot replace a certificate if it is lost, damaged or stolen. For credit card purchases, your credit card will be refunded. For check purchases, we will process a check after a two- week waiting period from certificate date.

Other Returns

You may return most items sold by wagmtv.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items. In addition, we will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Refund Policy

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by wagmtv.com. Items that are picked up at a store or shipped directly by a third party Merchant must be returned to the merchant; please consult the individual merchant's Returns and Exchanges policy for refund information.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return.

Delivery Options

  • Standard: Within the continental United States , you can expect delivery within 3-6 business days from our receipt of your order for in-stock items. If an item you order is temporarily unavailable, we will immediately advise you of when to expect delivery.
  • Post Office Boxes: Orders are shipped by United States Postal Service. You can expect delivery within 3-6 business days of your order for in-stock items.
  • Shipments outside the United States: Delivery days and rates can vary.
