Central Aroostook Humane Society Hosts Toast to the Animals

The Central Aroostook Humane Society hosted their 8th annual Toast to the Animals over the weekend. The wine and beer tasting event was held at the Presque Isle Inn and Convention Center. The event featured live musical guests and had over 125 items donated for a silent auction. Board President Christine Robinson says that they are grateful for the community's support. All proceeds from the event went directly to the Central Aroostook Humane Society to help shelter, feed and take care of the animals. Robinson says that the turnout was among the best they've ever had.
