PRESQUE ISLE, Maine (WAGM) - Good morning everyone. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Beautiful start to our Sunday here in Aroostook County and western New Brunswick. Temps will rise throughout the day back into the 80′s and dew-point temperatures will be rising as well, meaning it will be a bit more humid and sticky by this afternoon. A weak disturbance will pass to our south bringing a mix of clouds this afternoon.

An isolated shower this afternoon/evening can’t be completely ruled out from daytime heating and some instability in parts of the region. It will turn very humid and sticky by tomorrow afternoon as dew-points rise back into the mid to upper 60′s.

Our next best chance at showers for all of The County looks to be Tuesday into Wednesday. Timing of the cold front passage will be key in how organized the showers and thunderstorms get. The front looks to pass through late Tuesday night/early Wednesday morning which would lead to a lesser chance of showers/t-storms because of a lack of daytime heating being lost and cooler temps at night.

Make sure to tune in for more updates on your forecast tomorrow morning!
