CARIBOU, Maine (WAGM) -

A man wanted by the Caribou police is now in custody.

Chief Michael Gahagan reports 26-year-old Aaron Dodd, of Woodland, was arrested August 28th by Caribou police officers, with assistance from the Maine Warden Service and the Aroostook County Sheriff’s Office.

Dodd had warrants for burglary (Class B), theft (Class C), aggravated criminal mischief (Class C), and violation of condition of release (Class E) for an incident occurring at a local business on August 19th.

Dodd is being charged with multiple other crimes relating to a stolen motor vehicle, burglary of motor vehicles and thefts, from August 23rd. Dodd is also being charged with burglary, aggravated criminal mischief and thefts at two local Bennett Drive businesses, from August 28th.

Other charges may follow, pending investigation, which was conducted by Officer Kyle Scott.

Dodd’s court date is scheduled for November 5th. At this time, bail has not been set and he is being held at the Caribou Police Department.
