FORT KENT, Maine (WAGM) - After confirming that a non-direct patient care employee was asymptomatic and tested positive last week Travis Guy, an administrator at Forest Hill says they immediately began testing.

He says they performed more than 100 tests on employees and residents.

“We completed 167 tests within 24 hours of our receiving notice of the positive case and we had great news that all the tests we completed did return negative. So no additional positive COVID cases.”

The non-direct patient care employee who tested positive is no longer an active case according to the CDC timeline, but the employee will not yet be returning to work.
