She says that negotiation happens more times than people think. The other issue related to closing costs...

“sometimes the buyer and seller agree to split the closing costs in half and it will all depend on the negotiating factor of of the contract of the pruchase and sale.”

Another issue that is critically important is planning for contingencies..

“contingencies that allow legally for the contract to be broken and and let the buyer walk away from the deal.

And probably the most important advice she offers is this...never fear in seeking out professional advice in the form of a realtor to help guide you through the process.

“this is a legal binding contract and you want to seek information advice on how to proceed and realtors don’t know the answer we’re gonna seek legal advice as well we wanna make sure that all the contingencies are met...”

Its money and time well spent for great peace of mind...to get you into destination your brand new home. Shawn Cunningham, NS 8.
