590 new COVID-19 cases reported in the state

AUGUSTA, Maine (WAGM) - Almost 600 new cases of covid 19 were reported in the state today. 590 new cases were reported. There were 7 additonal deaths reported as well. Those deaths included a man in his 70′s from Androscoggin County, A woman in her 90′s and one in her 80′s from Cumberland County, a woman in her 80′s from Oxford County, a woman in her 70′s and a man in his 60′s from Penobscot County and a women in her 80′s from York County. 64 people recovered from the virus. There are currently 11,328 active cases statewide. In the County there were 23 new cases reported today with two recoveries. There are currently 367 active cases.
