Cost of PCR test to enter Canada is making crossing difficult

The excitement over the US border opening was short lived for some Canadians once they learned Canada is still requiring a PCR test to be done 72 hours before crossing. News Source 8′s Ashley Blackford spoke with a former County resident who says there are still too many barriers in the way of seeing her family.
