PRESQUE ISLE, Maine (WAGM) -A county program is helping not just youth but people incarcerated get a second chance to turn their lives around through substance use prevention or rehabilitation. The Prime for Life Program administered through the Power of Prevention is helping people find their path to positive self sufficiency.
