MASARDIS, Maine - Emera Maine crews will replace a pole broken during a vehicle crash in Masardis on Tuesday morning. Service may be interrupted to about 300 customers in Ashland, Masardis and Oxbow Plantation for about two hours as crews work to safely make repairs, which will begin at noon and are expected to last a couple hours.
Motorists are urged to slow down or move over and change lanes, when possible, if approaching utility crews working on roadways.
The public is reminded to never touch a downed power line or a tree in contact with a downed line.
