Dates have now been set in the case of a young man who is charged with stabbing and killing a 17 year old girl near Woodstock, New Brunswick.
Today the lawyers for Amon Kelleter and the Crown agreed upon three dates. The first is the pre-trial which is scheduled for May 28th. A voir dire has been scheduled for three days in September, this is where the court will examine those involved in the case. The trial has been scheduled for December 9th and the judge has set aside 10 days for that. Kelleter is charged with first degree murder in the death of 17 year old Destiny Andersen. On September 11th police responded to a home in Jacksonville where they discovered Andersen, who was unresponsive. Kelleter has not yet entered a plea.
