Essential air service bids discussed at public meeting

PRESQUE ISLE, Maine - More than three dozen people are gathered here in the Presque Isle Middle School auditorium to learn about the three bids to service the Presque Isle International Airport.

"We wanted to walk through those options with the community. Wanted them to understand each type of service so that the city council can go get good input before they send their recommendation to the Department of Transportation," says Jack Penning, a consultant hired to help with the review process.
