Man faces charges after incident at Caribou High School

A man under the influence of drugs faces multiple charges after an incident at Caribou High School.

Before dawn on Sunday morning, Officer Dwight Wilcox noticed a set of footprints in the freshly fallen snow, along with a truck that had its hazard lights on. He also noticed minor damage to the truck, with parts under the driver's side door.

When he opened the door, he found Devin Delisle, 33, of Caribou. Delisle appeared to the officer to be under the influence of drugs. A second vehicle was found, and it was also damaged, and further, it was discovered that the Ski Shack on the property had been burglarized.

Delisle is facing numerous charges, including assault, after he fought with Officers and had to be subdued. Delisle's court date is scheduled for March 7th. He was transported to the Aroostook County Jail.
