The Maine Bureau of Veterans’ Services (MBVS) has a new office location in Caribou and with it, a new Veteran Service Officer. Barrett Fisher will be the new Veteran Service officer.

Veteran service officers can assist with obtaining access to a number of benefits, including enrollment in the VA system for healthcare services and VA benefits, filing a claim with the VA, obtaining a copy of DD 214 military discharge records, and applying for complimentary park passes and hunting and fishing licenses.

MBVS has relocated their Caribou Veterans’ Services Office to 14 Access Highway, Suite 5, next to the Motor Vehicle Registry and Melody Roller Rink.
