Styrofoam containers to be banned in 2021

Styrofoam and plastic bags are the topics of debate in the state of Maine.
But how much of an issue are they when it comes to the landfills. Aroostook waste solutions says it's never taken a stance on either debate, but they do see less Styrofoam than plastic.
