Taste of The County: Quiche Lorraine

1/2 Pound Bacon Cooked
1 Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
4 Large Eggs
2 Cups Milk
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
Salt to Taste
Pepper to Taste
Pinch of Nutmeg

Whisk eggs and cream together. Add seasonings. Sprinkle bacon and cheese in crust. Fill with custard. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
