Start with making the concentrate, which is three tablespoons of sugar, a slice of peeled and shaved ginger, five pepper corns, five whole cloves and five whole cardamoms. Then put in half a cinnamon stick. Also add two cups of water and two black tea bags.
Once it starts boiling, turn down the heat and let it simmer for five more minutes. After that, take it from the heat and cover it for fifteen minutes. Plastic wrap works great for this. After fifteen minutes, take the tea bags and squeeze all of the juice out. Stir in a tablespoon of honey and add approximately 6 tablespoons to a cup of milk. You can adjust it as you like your taste. Stir it around and there you go!
