Taste of the County: Honey Garlic Butter Salmon

Honey Garlic Butter Salmon:
1/3 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Honey
4 Large Garlic Cloves
Juice from 2 Limes
2 1/2 Pound Salmon Fillet
To Taste Course Black Pepper
To Taste Salt (2 Tsp)
Lime Slices
1/4 Cup Chopped Parsley Divided

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Melt butter over medium heat. Add lime juice, garlic and honey. Mix until combined. Put salmon on foil lined pan. Fold up sides of foil to contain marinate. Pour lime marinate evenly over salmon fillet. Salt and pepper to taste and 1/2 chopped parsley. Bake 15 to 18 minutes depending on how thick salmon is (under cooked is good because you need to chance oven settings to broil to finish. 2 to 3 minutes.) Garnish with remaining parsley and lime slices.
