Maitre D Herb Butter

1/2 Pound Unsalted Butter Softened
1 TBLS Fresh minced garlic
1 TBLS Minced Shallots
1 TBLS Fresh Chopped Rosemary
1 TBLS Fresh Chopped Thyme Leaves
2 TBLS Fresh Chopped Parsley
Salt to Taste

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place in pastry bag and pipe rosettes on parchment paper. Freeze and place in baggie until needed. Enjoy.

*Goes well on steak, chicken, pork or anything else.
