Taste of the County: Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/8 cup honey
- 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients except oils. Blend until ingredients are smooth and incorporated.

2. Slowly add oils, creating an emulsion.
