Taste of the County: Rotisserie Chicken

In the mood for a delicious chicken option, but aren't sure what to do to make it a little different? On this week's Taste of the County, Cary Medical Center chef Rick Bossie shows us how to make a great sauce to help change it up!


2 oz margarine
1/3 cup honey
1 tbls chopped garlic
1/2 cup worchester sauce
1 tsp thyme leaves
11/2 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp rosemary
15 pcs chicken breasts


1. Melt margarine and mix remaining ingredients
2. Place chicken on shallow baking pan single layer
3. Pour margarine over chicken, cover and refrigerate for 1 hr
4. Uncover and place in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken temperature is 165 degrees.
