Taste of the County: Tomato Basil Pasta

Tomato Basil Pasta:
3 Pounds Ripe Tomatoes (Thinly Sliced)
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 1/2 TBLS Fresh Chopped Garlic
1/2-3/4 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2-3/4 Tsp Salt
1 Pound Angel Hair Pasta
3 TBLS Fresh Chopped Basil
Fresh Parmesan Cheese

Mix top 6 items in bowl. Mix well and put in casserole dish. Place in 350 degree preheated oven. Bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, until 1/3 evaporated. While that is baking cook the pasta until al dente. Place pasta on plate, cover with sauce. Top with basil and Parmesan cheese.
