Matt's Fantasy Football Minute: Week 11

PRESQUE ISLE, Me. (WAGM) - We're coming up on Thanksgiving week and it's a time to not only eat copious amounts of food but a time to reflect on what you're thankful for in your life. Well after this, you'll have three reasons to give thanks to me for getting your team a late season victory.

The Cowboys doubled-down on Dak Prescott by trading a first round pick for Amari Cooper and the third year QB has responded. He's averaging over 260 yards in his last three starts and scored at least 20 fantasy points in his last four starts. Dallas is playing Atlanta this weekend and the Falcons have given up the third most TDs in the league. Plus, Dak is a threat on the ground, which makes him a strong play for Week 11.

If this week of byes have you lost on which way to go, take a look at Jacquizz Rodgers. He may only be five foot six inches tall, but he could have a big impact on your squad. With the way Tampa plays defense, they are either going to be playing from behind or trying to keep up, in either situation, Rodgers is going to be on the field catching passes. He had eight last week and while that may not happen again this week, he has the potential to get you some much needed points.

For my pass catcher of the week, we're heading out west to Los Angeles. Rams wideout Cooper Kupp went down with a torn ACL last week and that means a wideout needs to step in and step up. Next in line is Josh Reynolds. Reynolds scored two touchdowns when Kupp missed time earlier in the season and it's simply the fact that the Rams offense is an unstoppable force. They are top three in passing yards and points per game. Trust that the opportunity is there and that Reynolds will have an opportunity to cross the goal line.
