An exciting day today for the Aroostook Agency on Aging...they were celebrating a big donation from Katahdin Trust Company that will support the agency's Aging and Disability Resource Center, now located on main street in Presque Isle. The center is part of the agency's main office, all of which is in the process of relocating to 260 Main Street. A 20 thousand dollar donation from Katahdin Trust will support the new center's lobby resource area which will include a variety of different supports. Folks visiting the new lobby will be greeted by volunteers from the community and agency staff. Katahdin Trust Company leaders are excited to be helping what they say is a very important agency in the community.
